  • Regulation (IC authorization and declaration, acquired rights of BPIs, environmental protection, etc.)
  • Structuring (advice on participation in calls for tenders, creation of consortiums, legal audits, creation of joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals of companies or parks, etc.)
  • Financing (fund raising, setting up securities, etc.)
  • Construction and real estate (validation of land titles, obtaining building permits…)

  • Counsel to a Canadian multinational company, specialized in energy transportation, in the context of the creation of a joint venture with one of the French energy leaders for the creation of an offshore wind farm off the French coast (North Sea).
  • Counsel to a Canadian multinational company, specialized in energy transportation, in the context of the creation of a joint venture with one of the French energy leaders for the creation of a floating wind farm pilot project in the Mediterranean Sea.
  • Counsel to a German investment fund in connection with the acquisition of a French wind farm portfolio from a German developer.
  • Assistance to a Canadian renewable energy producer and its French subsidiary in the refinancing of a wind farm in central France.
  • Advising banks on the financing of several photovoltaic park installations.
  • Advising a public financial institution in connection with the development of a wind farm located in Haute-Vienne.
