A Think Tank operating in Paris and internationally, a platform for research, dialogue and innovation in sustainable infrastructure.

Jeantet’s multi-disciplinary Infrastructure department supports investment and infrastructure funds, independent companies (developers, builders and operators), national and international financial institutions, investment banks and large strategic public or private companies in their infrastructure projects.

The Infrastructure team brings together expertise in :

  • Corporate M&A and Private Equity (sales and acquisitions, fundraising (equity, quasiequity), setting up strategic partnerships and joint ventures)
  • Project Financing (bank and bond financing (bridge projects, financing of investor infrastructure funds), structuring and implementation of guarantees, direct agreements and step-in rights..)
  • Project Contracts (development, construction, operation-maintenance and asset management contracts)
  • Public Law and Regulations (administrative authorizations and filings, public contracts (concessions and public utility delegations),
    environmental protection, public-private partnerships)
  • Litigation (judicial expertise, public and administrative litigation, sanctions and appeals, criminal litigation, disputes between partners, provisional measures, disputes with licensing authorities)
  • Credit and project restructuring (Renegotiation of financing, collateral, hedging contracts, direct agreements, equity or quasi-equity injection, audits)

We are involved in all stages of infrastructure projects, from development to operation, financial closing and construction, as well as in investment transactions, disposals and acquisitions of infrastructure assets, and the structuring of partnerships and joint ventures.

Our lawyers’ experience spans all infrastructure asset classes, including :

  • Energies and energy transition (renewable energies, energy storage, hydrogen, nuclear energy)
  • Water and waste (water distribution and management, waste treatment, wastewater treatment plants)
