AMF Position DOC-2021-04 on compliance function requirements: a long-awaited clarification since the entry into force of MiFID II – Bulletin Joly Bourse, July 2021

 

In its position of 3 June 2021, the AMF states that it applies all the guidance issued by ESMA on “certain aspects of MiFID II relating to the requirements of the compliance function” and published on 6 April 2021. This guidance complements, clarifies or simply confirms the guidance issued on 25 June 2012 in the light of MiFID II and its Delegated Regulation.
