We use our long-standing experience in mediation and arbitration, particularly in the settlement of international disputes, combined with our sectoral expertise, to advise and represent our clients, governments and businesses. We assist them from the pre-litigation stage right through to the substantive proceedings stage, in requests for provisional measures, enforcement of the arbitration award and remedies to have an award set aside.
Our teams have experience in the main institutional commercial and investment arbitration centres (ICC, ICSID, CCJA, OHADA [Common Court of Justice and Arbitration for the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Corporate Law in Africa]) and ad hoc arbitration centres. They also strive to implement the most effective, rapid and inexpensive strategy and to use all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Jeantet has also developed specific expertise in arbitration in the fields of energy, mining and infrastructure, particularly in Africa and countries of the Near and Middle East.
