- Advised Maroc Telecom on the sale by the Kingdom of Morocco of 8% of Maroc Telecom’s share capital, for a total amount of 8.88 billion dirhams (approximately 825 M€), through a block sale transaction and an offer for sale to the public on the Casablanca Stock Exchange .

- Advised Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation in relation to the fund raising of Vallourec for €1bn through a reserved issuance of mandatory convertible bonds and the subscription to a capital increase with preferential subscription rights).
