Jeantet advises DEUTSCHE TELEKOM on its partnership with EQUATIV

 

Paris, April 25 2024 – Jeantet advised Deutsche Telekom on its partnership with Equativ, the leading independent adtech platform for programmatic advertising, in which Bridgepoint Development Capital is the majority shareholder.

This is a strategic alliance between the French adtech company Equativ and the German telecom giant Deutsche Telekom. By combining their strengths and expertise, they intend to revolutionize targeted TV advertising through programmatic marketing in Germany. In particular, the partnership will optimize the monetization of inventory on various platforms, including linear TV, FAST TV and live sports channels. Deutsche Telekom’s use of Equativ’s expertise for its own inventories, such as MagentaSport, also demonstrates the importance of technology and programmatic marketing in the future of TV advertising.

Deutsche Telekom’s investment in Equativ was financed through T.Capital, Deutsche Telekom’s investment fund.
