Management trust: an innovative solution to reduce the debt load of listed companies – Option Finance, 10/19/2020

The health crisis we are going through has affected almost all sectors of the economy, and a large number of listed companies are now facing cash flow difficulties, despite the business support measures put in place by the State (loans guaranteed by the State, short-time working measures, etc.). The constitution of a management trust, a mechanism that is still little known in business practice, could appeal to listed companies and their main creditors looking for an alternative debt reduction solution.
