Jeantet advises German carmaker Daimler in its participation in Taxify

Paris, 31 may 2018, Acting with German law firm Noerr LLP, Jeantet has advised the German Daimler AG in its participation in Taxify. Daimler, which already offers mobility services including Mytaxi and ride-hailing apps Clever Taxi and Taxibeat, is now also a shareholder of the ride-hailing service Taxify. Taxify focuses its activity on Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Africa. The Chinese ride-hailing platform Didi Chuxing had taken a participation in Taxify as early as 2017. With its participation in Taxify, Daimler significantly strengthens its ride-hailing offer. Lately, Taxify transported more than 10 million passengers with its over 500.000 registered drivers.
