Olivier Angotti advises on the employment aspects of M&A transaction and subsequent restructuring of companies, including the preparation and implementation of redundancies. He also provides support to management during collective bargaining.
Olivier supports his clients in defining the legal strategy for the litigation proceedings. In addition to litigation specific to mass redundancies and the management of restructurings, he frequently handles litigation proceedings related to working time, dismissals and re-organisation of the workplace (health and safety-, asbestos- and stress-related litigation).
Olivier also has significant experience in charge of labour criminal law cases. He regularly organises the defence of company representatives during legal proceedings for various employment law matters including the illegal supply of workers, violations of working time regulations, or cases in connection with serious accidents on company premises.
