Sacha Lavner is an associate in the Corporate Finance, Governance & Compliance team led by Philippe Portier. He focuses in particular on M&A transactions, corporate financing (debt – bond or bank – or equity), as well as corporate governance and compliance matter.
He advises both listed and unlisted companies, financial institutions and investors on general coporate law issues and in connection with their strategic operations, taking into account, where relevant, issues arising from key regulatory frameworks applicable to the financial sector (including CRD and AIFM regulation).
Before joining Jeantet, Sacha completed internships in French and international law firms, and started his career working mainly on corporate governance and executive compensation matters for listed companies.
