Paul Vialard assists French and foreign clients in competition law, advising and litigating before the French and European authorities and courts.
Paul is also involved in the drafting of commercial contracts, the management of distribution networks, the relationship with consumers and the management of commercial relations and distribution networks.
Paul has completed several internships and secondments within the legal departments of several French and international companies active in various sectors, which have allowed him to acquire a particular sensitivity to strategic and operational client issues.
