Lou Mailhac works in both in advisory and litigation matters on IT, digital law and data protection law. In particular, she assists clients in drafting and negotiating IT contracts, implementing compliance plans with regulations pertaining to data protection and artificial intelligence as well as structuring complex digital projects.
Her practice also includes a focus on regulated and non-regulated actors of the FinTech Sector and banking and payment services.
Before joining Jeantet, Lou worked with international law firms and at the data protection department of an insurance brokers company.
