Levana Haddad advises French and international groups and companies on all issues related to employment law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
She assists her clients in the day-to-day management of their individual and collective labour relations, particularly in matters relating to relations with employee representatives, collective bargaining, discipline and termination of employment contracts. She also acts in more complex transactions such as restructurings, business transfers and the implementation of reorganisation projects.
Levana Haddad also assists her clients in the management of individual and collective disputes and represents them before the competent courts, in particular before the Labour Court and the civil courts
