Hadrien de Lauriston joined Jeantet in January 2025 after practicing for nearly 15 years at several leading international law firms. He co-leads the Restructuring department.
Specialized in the prevention and resolution of corporate financial distress, Hadrien de Lauriston assists both struggling debtors in finding sustainable solutions to ensure their continuity and other stakeholders (creditors, shareholders, etc.) in safeguarding their interests during times of crisis. He also has extensive experience in the acquisition of distressed companies, whether through judicial or extrajudicial processes, and has been involved in several major cases in recent years.
He works closely with other departments within the firm, particularly the Finance, Employment, and M&A teams.
