Chuanyu advises on general finance matters, structured finance and debt restructuring for financial institutions and sponsors. She has acquired experience in project financing and its underlying regulations.
Prior to joining Jeantet, Chuanyu worked for major international law firms in Paris, Casablanca and in Beijing. She has also worked as an in-house legal counsel for a listed French company.
Chuanyu holds a Master’s degree in Economic law from Sciences Po Paris. She also studied at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid and Peking University in China, as part of university exchange programmes.
