She advises investors and real estate companies on both transactional and investment matters. She also advises on property management and lease negotiations on behalf of lessors and users in a wide range of sectors (offices/coworking space, shops, industrial sites, etc.).
Chloé also assists the firm’s clients in litigation related to real estate sales and the execution of leases.
Prior to joining Jeantet in 2020, Chloé worked in legal departments and law firms in real estate law and business litigation.
