Perrine Fuchs – Corporate M&A
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Perrine Fuchs advises a French and international clientele, in particular German-speaking, made up of industrial companies and international groups. She works in the field of mergers and acquisitions, in particular on cross-border transactions, as well as on all aspects of corporate law. She also advises on commercial contracts and related litigation.
Perrine Fuchs is a graduate of Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I) and the University of Cologne (Germany).
Juliette Hubert – Employment Law
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, Juliette Hubert assists her clients, French and international companies and groups, both in advisory and litigation work, in their day-to-day business and exceptional transactions, in matters of individual employment relations (dismissal procedures, contractual documentation, secondment/expatriation, prevention of psychosocial risks, etc.) as well as collective employment relations (collective bargaining, collective redundancy plans, employee representative elections, etc.). She also regularly handles social security law matters, in particular URSSAF reassessments, workplace accidents, and occupational diseases. She also advises French and international companies and groups on the employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring transactions.
Juliette Hubert is a graduate of Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Maria Plakci – M&A, Private Equity
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Maria Plakci specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. She works mainly on LBO transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactions, both on French and international deals. She advises a clientele made up primarily of investment funds, industrial companies, and international groups.
Maria Plakci is a graduate of Université Paris Dauphine and Université Panthéon-Assas.
Georges-Dominic Sardi – M&A, Venture Capital
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Georges-Dominic Sardi specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He works mainly on M&A transactions and advises a French and international clientele, in particular investment funds, companies, and international groups. He also works in venture capital and supports investors and issuers, including growth companies, at all stages of their development: incorporation, fundraising, restructuring, capital transactions, shareholder relations, and partnerships. Georges-Dominic Sardi is a graduate of Université d’Aix-Marseille and ESCP Europe.
Jessica Sellem – Tax Law
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Jessica Sellem advises and assists companies on their general tax issues as well as in connection with exceptional transactions. She also advises executives, private investors, and high-net-worth individuals on their French and international tax matters. She further works on real estate tax issues and on the management of tax audits and tax litigation.
Jessica Sellem is a graduate of Université Paris-Dauphine and holds the Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DSCG).
Hugues Vaysset – Banking and Finance Law
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Hugues Vaysset specialises in banking, financial, and insurance regulation. He advises market participants (credit institutions, payment services providers, investment services providers, and insurance companies) on their regulatory matters and applications for authorisation. He also assists them in inspection missions and disciplinary proceedings before the regulatory authorities (in particular the AMF and the ACPR). After spending four years within the Banking, Finance and Regulatory team, Hugues spent nearly two years at the ACPR, before returning to Jeantet.
Hugues Vaysset is a graduate of Université Paris Nanterre and holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from Panthéon-Assas International Law School in Singapore.
