Jeantet advises Jin in its merger with Opinion Act
Paris, on October 26, 2022, Jeantet advised Jin in the acquisition of a majority stake in Opinion Act.
Jin, a communication consulting agency specialising in digital influence, has joined forces with Opinion Act, an expert in community analysis and digital strategy consulting.
“This operation responds to the expectations of clients to combine insight analysis with social media and public relations capabilities” said Edouard Fillias, President of Jin, and Caroline Faillet, founder of Opinion Act.
This merger will also make it possible to develop new joint expertise in consulting and support in Europe.
The Jeantet team was composed of Guillaume Fornier (Counsel) and Marie Noppe (Associate) in Corporate – M&A.
The founders of Opinion Act were advised by Vinci with Jérôme Benyounès (Partner) and Mélina Naggeea (Associate).
