Jeantet intensifie sa présence au Salon International de l’Agriculture

 

Paris, le 24 février 2016 – Pour la quatrième année consécutive, Jeantet sera présent au Salon International de l’Agriculture, du 27 février au 6 mars, afin de partager son expérience et son expertise juridique auprès de la filière agroalimentaire et du monde agricole.

Comme l’an passé, des tables rondes « Les rendez-vous Jeantet » seront organisées, en partenariat avec la revue de droit rural (Lexisnexis), avec les avocats du cabinet afin d’échanger, en présence de professionnels ou de représentants de l’Administration (DGCCRF notamment), sur des sujets d’actualité, tels que la chaine agroalimentaire à l’heure de l’ubérisation, les enjeux de l’agriculture numérique, les relations entre fournisseurs et distributeurs, l’application des règles de concurrence au secteur agricole ou encore les questions de traçabilité et de droit de la consommation.

Deux de ces rendez-vous seront cette année consacrés à l’acquisition des terres agricoles et à la protection des semences en Ukraine et seront animés par les avocats du bureau de Kiev, qui a ouvert fin 2015 au même moment que le bureau de Budapest.
