Jeantet advised DCC Energy Limited on the acquisition of the service stations network from Esso SAF
Jeantet advised DCC Energy Limited on the acquisition of the service stations network, including 272 automatic service stations (under the Esso Express label) and 48 Esso motorway service stations, in addition to 70 service stations operating under the Esso brand and owned by third parties with whom DCC Energy will pursue the commercial relations. The total amount of such transaction is EUR 106 million plus fuel stock.
DCC Energy via its subsidiary Certas Energy France becomes an authorized dealer of the Esso brand and will supply the service stations with Esso fuels through a long term supply agreement.
DCC Energy is a division of the Irish conglomerate DCC plc, an international group operating in the energy, technology, health, environment and food sectors.
