JeantetAssociés ouvre un bureau à Genève
au service des relations juridiques  franco-suisses.
 
Dans le cadre de la poursuite de son développement en Europe francophone, après le Luxembourg, Jeantet a le plaisir d’annoncer l’ouverture de son nouveau bureau à Genève. Présent en France, au Luxembourg et en Suisse, Jeantet est le seul cabinet d’avocats d’affaires français pleinement intégré dans ces trois juridictions avec des avocats habilités à y exercer l’ensemble de leurs activités.
Le bureau de Genève est placé sous la responsabilité de Patrice Lefèvre-Péaron, qui rejoint le cabinet en tant qu’associé en charge du développement des activités suisses et de la coordination avec le bureau de Luxembourg. Précédemment associé chez Moquet Borde, De Pardieu, Morgan Lewis, et en 2011 DLA/Piper, Patrice dispose de près de 25 ans d’expérience en matière de fiscalité et d’opérations transactionnelles. Il conseille des investisseurs et des familles industrielles présents en Suisse.
Jeantet Suisse a vocation à assister les entreprises suisses, les sociétés multinationales (à travers notamment leurs quartiers généraux mondiaux ou EMEA implantés dans l’Arc lémanique), les fonds d’investissements, les acteurs du secteur des commodities, les investisseurs des BRICS et les family offices industriels. Ce bureau accompagnera les investissements suisses en France, la Suisse étant le septième investisseur étranger en France. Il constituera surtout un relais de premier ordre, en complémentarité avec Jeantet Luxembourg, pour les investissements en Afrique où Jeantet est présent avec son bureau de Casablanca.
En collaboration étroite avec les principaux cabinets suisses avec lesquels des liens de travail en commun existent depuis longtemps, le bureau de Genève a aussi vocation à assister les entreprises françaises ou étrangères, clientes de Jeantet, désireuses d’investir ou de se développer en Suisse.
De par sa proximité immédiate avec la région Rhône-Alpes, seconde région économique française, Jeantet Suisse disposera d’une implantation susceptible d’offrir la gamme des services juridiques et judiciaires d’un des tout premiers cabinets d’avocats d’affaires francophones aux acteurs économiques, notamment dans le cadre de leurs relations d’affaires franco-suisses.
Pour Philippe Portier, « cette implantation est une nouvelle étape de notre stratégie de développement dans les principales places économiques et financières francophones européennes visant à asseoir notre statut d’acteur de référence du droit des affaires continental ainsi que notre plan de développement dans d’autres places économiques francophones, en Afrique notamment. De plus, « en matière de structuration – notamment de fonds -, le fait de voir nos spécialistes travailler indifféremment à Genève et à Luxembourg permettra à nos clients de disposer des meilleures solutions et pratiques ».
