JeantetAssociés fait évoluer sa gouvernance
Paris, le 11 décembre 2012.
 
Lors de la dernière assemblée générale ordinaire, les associés de JeantetAssociés ont désigné pour une durée de trois ans, les membres du Conseil de Gérance du cabinet : Loraine Donnedieu de Vabres-Tranié, Philippe Portier et Thierry Brun.
A cet organe collégial de management, s’ajoute un Conseil des Associés désigné pour la même durée, composé de Martine Samuelian, Yvon Dréano et Jean Néret. Ce Conseil aura pour mission, en coordination avec le Conseil de Gérance, de traiter les questions liées à la rémunération des associés ainsi que d’accompagner étroitement leur développement dans un marché qui nécessite une adaptabilité permanente aux mutations qui l’affectent.
