Jeantet wins 2018 Law Award in the Mid to Large Cap M&A category

The Corporate/M&A team at Jeantet won the Mid to Large-Cap M&A law award at the awards ceremony organised by Décideurs Magazine – Leaders League.

The judges, all legal directors of French and international groups, highlighted the success of the Jeantet Corporate/M&A team, for two specific reasons:

  1. operational synergies between the firm’s teams

As a “full-service” firm, Jeantet supports its clients in various fields, particularly in terms of employment law, taxation, regulations, disputes, real estate, competition, intellectual property and new technologies. Jeantet is therefore able to address all aspects of an M&A operation: concentration issues, process for consultation of employee representatives, authorisation/declaration of foreign investments, etc.

  1. ability to offer an international response

An independent French firm, Jeantet has six offices in Europe and Africa and also draws on an international network of selected law firms that are among the leaders in their specialist fields and their countries, with which Jeantet maintains a regular working relationship. Jeantet is therefore able to offer its clients services tailored to their needs for their cross-border operations (and in over 130 countries).

Jeantet thereby confirms its position as leader in Corporate M&A activity, having already obtained the 2016 award for Large-Cap M&A operation of the year.
