Jeantet and BTCG advised VINCI ENVIRONNEMENT for the takeover through a disposal plan of the activity of the company INOVA CONSTRUCTION, which has been ordered by the Commercial Court of Nanterre on December 22, 2016.
Major actor on the markets of waste treatment and the extraction of the energy contained in waste in France and abroad, VINCI ENVIRONNEMENT has a wide range of processes allowing it to offer global solutions, scalable or complimentary, in particular in the fields of the energy recovery and the power generation: thermic and geothermic. Its activities are very close to the activities of INOVA CONSTRUCTION, which is a French actor who has almost 50 years of experience in the construction of units specialized in energy utilisation obtained from the combustion of waste or biomass.
This takeover allows the safeguard of 32 existing jobs and the continuation of important contracts with customers.

In the context of the recovery proceeding, Maître Francisque GAY and the SELARL FHB, taken in the person of Maître Gaël COUTURIER, have been designated as Administrators and the SCP BTSG in the person of Maître Marc SENECHAL as been designated as creditors’ representative.
