Christophe Jacomin acts for top financing institutions in the fields of infrastructure projects, renewable energy, commodities, real estate, asset acquisition, corporates structured financings on the one hand and in Banking and Financial law on the other.
He also acts in collective management, structuring and distribution of funds, advice on banking, financial and insurance regulation, disciplinary litigation, financial derivatives, bond issues, international capital markets.
He is an International Legal Expert (IFEJI). Former Executive Manager at the Banking Commission in charge of supervising major French banks, he became lawyer in 1994 at the banking and Finance Department of Gide before to manage the Russian – CIS banking and finance practice at Moscow Gide Office.
He joined in 2003 the banking and finance Department of the law firm LPA-CGR (Lefèvre Pelletier) where he has been member of the Management Board for several years contributing in particular to the firm’s international development by opening offices in Asia, Europe, Africa and Middle East.
