Nouha Benzakour is an associate in Jeantet’s Private Funds department.
Specializing in Investment Management, she assists asset management companies with the structuring of investment funds (private equity, debt, funds of funds), the drafting and review of constitutive documents, as well as the analysis of regulatory aspects.
Before joining Jeantet, Nouha worked at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, where she worked on fund structuring transactions, the negotiation of side letters, and regulatory support for asset management companies.
She also gained solid experience at Partech Partners in the operational monitoring of Private Equity funds, including due diligence, KYC/KYI, and investors’ tax obligations (FATCA/CRS).
