Admitted to the Paris Bar, Nassim Doudou is an associate within the firm’s Private Funds team. His practice covers the structuring and documentation of all types of investment funds, whether French or foreign — including private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate, or funds investing in other alternative asset classes — whether closed-ended, open-ended, semi-liquid or evergreen. Nassim also advises on the implementation of master/feeder structures and carried interest mechanisms, as well as on secondary transactions, on behalf of French and international asset managers. He further assists institutional investors in connection with their investments in funds.
Nassim further advises asset management companies in connection with authorization proceedings, ongoing regulatory compliance and changes in ownership structure before the Autorité des marchés financiers, and advises financial institutions on the full spectrum of regulatory matters governing asset management activities in France.
