Marie Robin is a lawyer renowned for her expertise in securities litigation and financial litigation.
She also assists major players in innovative finance—crowdfunding platforms, private investment clubs, and fintechs—with regulatory issues and strategic structuring.
Her work combines strategic advice and litigation defense, with in-depth knowledge of proceedings before the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). An independent director since 2018 of a company listed on Euronext, Marie has also been a member of the board of directors of a leading fintech company since 2022, further strengthening her strategic vision of contemporary financial and technological issues.
She is a regular speaker at major fintech events—The Place to Crowd, France FinTech Revolution, Financement Participatif France—where her expert analysis is sought after by market players and institutions alike.
