Felix Schubert is a German attorney (Rechtsanwalt) registered at the Frankfurt and Paris Bar. He advises a large variety of international and mainly German-speaking clients in matters of M&A, as well as all others questions of Corporate law.
He regularly publishes on comparative law and teaches German law at the university Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Prior to joining Jeantet, he was trained at international law firms in Germany and Luxembourg and was a Junior Lawyer at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.
