Jeantet assists SOLVÉO ENERGIES in its fundraising of nearly 100 million euros led by MIROVA

Paris, 27 May 2025 – Jeantet has advised Solvéo Energies, an independent French renewable energy producer, committed to energy transition and firmly established in local territories, in a strategic fundraising of 98 million euros. This operation is led by Mirova, which invests in equity alongside historical investors.

Solvéo Energies, an independent French renewable energy producer, on a mission for energy transition and firmly established in local territories, announces a strategic fundraising of 98 million euros. This financing marks a turning point for Solvéo, which is entering a new phase of its development: moving from structuring to implementing its projects, with a clear direction towards 2030.

This fundraising comes as a continuation of the first operation carried out with historical investors, which enabled Solvéo to become an Independent Power Producer (IPP) by internalizing all the necessary skills to carry out its projects from end to end. Since then, Solvéo has convinced leading partners, such as SNCF, with which it has signed a Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), demonstrating its ability to carry out reliable, competitive projects aligned with climate issues. With Mirova joining the company’s capital through its Mirova Energy Transition 6 (MET6) fund, Solvéo Energies strengthens its resources to:

  • accelerate the commissioning of its project development portfolio,
  • reach 800 MW of installations in operation by 2030 thanks to an investment of nearly €875 million, and
  • actively contribute to France’s carbon neutrality objectives.

Solvéo Energies, an independent French renewable energy producer, is a major player in the energy transition. Based in Toulouse, Solvéo Energies develops, finances, builds and operates photovoltaic and wind farms of all sizes. For more than 20 years, the group has relied on the expertise and know-how of women and men who are recognised in this sector. More than 320 production sites are already in operation. The group has seven offices in France (Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, Lyon, Montpellier, Nice and Strasbourg) and is also expanding its activities internationally. SOLVEO Energies is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, and has been awarded the Ecovadis 2024 Silver Medal for its CSR performance in the areas of the environment, social and human rights, ethics and responsible purchasing.
