Paris, Thursday September 14, 2023, Jeantet is delighted to announce the arrival of Philippe Bouchez El Ghozi and his team as partners to strengthen the commercial litigation practice, and in particular the criminal business law, compliance and internal investigations practice. With this arrival, Jeantet now has 35 partners and intends to continue its growth.
This new arrival, continuing the firm’s strong growth over the past few years, aims to further diversify Jeantet’s offering and establish the firm as a full-service law firm with an exceptional strike force in the Paris marketplace and internationally.
Philippe Bouchez El Ghozi and his team are particularly strengthening the firm’s offering in criminal business law, compliance and internal investigations, to meet growing client demand for criminal risk prevention and management. The firm’s aim is to offer its clients, faced with increasing exposure to litigation, a preventive and reassuring response, backed up by a global approach specific to the firm, in order to address all the complex issues involved in their strategic businesses.
Philippe Bouchez El Ghozi will be in charge of developing the practice within the corporate litigation department. Before joining Jeantet, Philippe was a partner for over 16 years in a recognized international law firm based in Paris. With extensive experience in criminal, commercial and civil jurisdictions, he is renowned for his effective management of critical situations, procedures and risk prevention measures.
Philippe Bouchez El Ghozi comments: “I’m delighted to be joining Jeantet’s strong momentum, in particular to strengthen the firm’s business criminal law, compliance and internal investigations practice. As this complex and strategic expertise lies at the crossroads of many other areas of law, which have already been successfully developed by Jeantet’s renowned multidisciplinary teams, we will be able to best serve our clients’ interests while upholding the values of independence, excellence, audacity and innovation”.
