Nicolas Mancret and his team reinforce the social practice of Jeantet

 

Paris, 30 April, 2020Jeantet is strengthening its expertise in employment law with the arrival of Nicolas Mancret as a partner in the Employment division. Accompanied by his team composed of a Counsel, Agathe Lemaire, and two associates, Amandine Dubuc and Victor Mollet.

Previously a partner at Hoche Avocats Law Firm for 17 years, Nicolas Mancret has developed over the course of his career an expertise in both counseling and litigation in the areas of corporate restructuring, individual and collective labor relations and the implementation of labor policy for large French and foreign companies operating in France.

Nicolas Mancret is a recognized professional who advises companies on their social issues. He will bring his expertise in a very particular context since labour law, like other branches of law, is being turned upside down by the health crisis. His knowledge and experience in crisis management consulting will be invaluable for Human Resources Departments.

The recruitment of Nicolas Mancret and his team shows the firm’s willingness to strengthen the skills of its Social – Restructuring department. Nicolas Mancret will mainly intervene in the management of individual and collective labour relations as well as on projects involving corporate restructuring.

Nicolas Mancret holds a Master’s degree in judicial careers from the University of Paris II Assas (1992) and a Postgraduate degree in employment law from the University of Paris II Assas (1993). Member of the Paris Bar since 1994. He began his career with SCP Wenner et Cie, then continued his career in the employment department of the law firm Taj (previously Deloite J&F).

Agathe Lemaire holds a Master’s degree in Anglo-American Business Law from the University of Paris X (2001), a DEA in Comparative Law from the University of Paris I (2002) and a DESS in European Business Law from the University of Paris X (2002), Counsel at Hoche Avocats since 2013.

Amandine Dubuc holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law and a Postgrdaduate degree in Employment Law from the University Panthéon Assas – Paris II. Member of the Paris Bar since 2019.

Victor Mollet holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law from the University of Lille II (2010) and a Postgraduate degree in Employment Law from the University of Lille II (2011). Member of the Paris Bar since 2013.
