Jeantet Femmes co-organisateur de la conférence inter réseaux
11 réseaux d’entreprise mobilisés en faveur de la mixité ont décidé d’unir leurs forces, leurs expériences et leur image pour faire bouger les lignes des entreprises et accélérer la mixité et l’égalité professionnelle. Les réseaux appartiennent à des secteurs d’activités différents, et pourtant le constat est partout le même : les plafonds de verre sont résistants, l’égalité professionnelle n’est pas encore une réalité pour toutes.
Les 11 réseaux sont : Women At AccorHotels Generation, WIN France (American Express), Energies de Femmes (EDF), HPE WoMen@Work France (Hewlett Packard Enterprise), Jeantet Femmes – Europe Afrique, elle@legrand, Double You (Orange), WEP (PSA Groupe), GLOW (Siemens), Sodexo Diverse!, FIFTY FIFTY (TF1 Le Groupe)
Jeantet participe à ce colloque dans le cadre du programme “Jeantet Femmes” qui est destiné à guider les avocates dans leur parcours professionnel et à favoriser leur accès à l’exercice de responsabilités. Des réunions de partage d’expérience associées/collaboratrices sont organisées par petits groupes sur des sujets identifiés au préalable. Des intervenantes extérieures peuvent être invitées selon les thématiques.
