au Salon international de l’agriculture,
du 27 février au 6 mars 2016
Comme l’an passé, des tables rondes, « Les rendez-vous Jeantet », seront organisées par les avocats du cabinet, en partenariat avec la revue de droit rural (Lexis Nexis).
Ces rendez-vous auront pour but d’échanger, en présence de professionnels ou de représentants de l’Administration, sur des sujets d’actualité, tels que les enjeux de l’agriculture numérique, les relations entre fournisseurs et distributeurs, l’application des règles de concurrence au secteur agricole en partenariat avec les étudiants du Master II « Droit et contentieux de l’Union européenne » de l’université Paris II – Panthéon-Assas, ou encore les questions de traçabilité et de droit de la consommation, avec en particulier l’intervention de Jean-Luc Viruéga, expert en traçabilité.
