Paris, February 2nd 2015 – Eurofins Scientific S.E., world leader in food and pharmaceutical products testing and environmental laboratory services, has successfully issued a EUR 500m new bond issue governed by Luxembourg law and admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The bonds have a seven-year maturity (due 27 January 2022) and will bear an annual coupon of 2.250%.

The transaction namely allows Eurofins Scientific to meet its financing needs as part of the mid term group’ development plan.

Incorporated as a European Company with its registered office in Luxemburg, Eurofins Scientific is listed on the NYSE Euronext Paris Stock Exchange.
