Avec JeantetAssociés, Paris II crée un DU de Droit international Économique en Afrique
En partenariat avec JeantetAssociés, l’Université Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) crée un diplôme universitaire (DU) : « Droit international économique en Afrique » .
Ce diplôme est ouvert aux professionnels du droit (avocat, juriste d’entreprise, d’un service de l’Etat ou d’une organisation internationale…).
Une série de conventions internationales sont à l’origine d’un véritable droit international africain dans le domaine des échanges, des relations monétaires et financières, de la conduite des activités économiques, de l’exploitation des ressources minières et pétrolières, des investissements internationaux, du financement et de la réalisation des grands projets, du règlement des litiges…
La formation rassemble une équipe pédagogique de plus de trente praticiens et universitaires exerçant en Afrique et en Europe. L’enseignement met l’accent sur l’acquisition de connaissances par une étude approfondie des textes et pratiques en la matière.
