JeantetAssociés partenaire de la finale du concours Lamy de la Concurrence 2014
Lundi 16 juin 2014, JeantetAssociés est partenaire de la finale de la 5ème édition du Concours Lamy de la Concurrence 2014, conjointement avec l’Autorité de la Concurrence.
Loraine Donnedieu de Vabres-Tranié, associée-gérante et Véronique Sélinsky, consultante, ont participé en tant que membres du comité d’organisation, au processus de sélection des deux équipes finalistes (Paris I et l’EFB), parmi 22 équipes universitaires concurrentes.
Cette année, la finale qui porte sur un cas pratique de restrictions verticales (contentieux commercial en matière de distribution sélective impliquant une question préjudicielle), a eu lieu à la Cour de Justice de l’Union Européenne (CJUE), le jury étant présidé par François Biltgen, juge luxembourgeois.
Un cocktail de clôture offert par JeantetLuxembourg, a suivi la manifestation qui s’est tenue en l’honneur des lauréats.
