A l’occasion de son 30ème anniversaire, la Délégation des Barreaux de France organise un colloque ayant pour thème : ” Avocats, Acteurs clés de l’espace européen de la justice”. Le colloque s’articule autour de trois atelier animés par des hauts fonctionnaires des institutions nationales et européennes et des avocats spécialistes.
Philippe Portier, Associé-Gérant, intervient dans le cadre de l’Atelier 1 à 9H40 : Avocats, s’approprier le marché européen – sur le thème :
“Les appels d’offres européens : un marché pour l’avocat”.
La pratique de la réponse aux appels d’offres et aux appels à propositions des institutions de l’Union européenne sera traitée de façon approfondie afin que les praticiens puissent faire un usage optimal du vade-mecum qui leur sera présenté.
