Paris, le 24 juin 2013 – Reinhart Marville Torre, Macfarlanes et JeantetAssociés sur la renaissance d’Alpine.
 
Reinhart Marville Torre a conseillé Renault SAS et Macfarlanes ainsi que JeantetAssociés ont conseillé Caterham Cars ltd dans le cadre de la joint-venture qu’elles viennent de conclure pour la conception et la fabrication dans l’usine Alpine de Dieppe de deux modèles de voitures de sport – l’un pour Alpine Renault, l’autre pour Caterham – à partir de 2016. Cette co-entreprise sera opérée au sein de la société exploitant l’usine de Dieppe rebaptisée la Société des Automobiles Alpine Caterham dans laquelle Caterham Cars a pris une participation à hauteur de 50% du capital.
 
L’équipe de Reinhart Marville Torre était composée de Pierre-Menno de Girard, associé, et Charles-Audouin Pascaud. L’équipe de Macfarlanes était composée de Jeremy Courtenay-Stamp, Charles Ring et Sophie Wilkinson et celle de JeantetAssociés de Thierry Brun, associé, Marianne Chevallier et Jean-Eudes Bunetel.
