JeantetAssociés adhère à la Charte des bonnes pratiques de la collaboration

 

Dans le souci constant de veiller à  la formation, au parcours et à l ‘épanouissement du collaborateur libéral, le cabinet JeantetAssociés a adhéré à la Charte des bonnes pratiques de la collaboration préparée par l’Ordre des Avocats de Paris. Présentée par Madame le Bâtonnier Christiane Féral-Schuhl, mercredi 28 novembre lors d’une Conférence de Presse tenue à la Maison du Barreau de 9H00 à 11H00 et selon ses termes, « La Charte des bonnes pratiques de la collaboration a été élaborée par une commission de travail composée d’associés de cabinets, de collaborateurs, de jeunes installés et d’élèves-avocats et soumise à la commission Collaboration et aux syndicats qui ont été force d’alerte et de propositions. Elle est une invitation pressante à ce que notre profession évolue avec son temps : être un professionnel libéral peut être la synthèse d’une qualité de vie personnelle et de la réalisation d’une ambition de développement économique. Le collaborateur et le cabinet ont des droits et des devoirs l’un envers l’autre. La collaboration est une opportunité qui participe d’un engagement réciproque de respect, de compréhension et de reconnaissance. Le contrat de collaboration libérale doit apporter les garanties légitimes que tous les collaborateurs et leurs cabinets sont en droit d’attendre. Elle doit être le moyen pour les jeunes avocats de parfaire leur formation et de bâtir leur carrière professionnelle ».
