Les contrats de gestion dans le monde de l’hôtellerie déroutent souvent les praticiens du droit en ce que leur qualification juridique fait débat. Souvent mal compris par les propriétaires, ils contiennent des mécanismes spécifiques (Performance Test, Priority Return, etc.) intimement liés à la performance du gestionnaire et aux contraintes du financement, dans un environnement où la ressource financière est raréfiée.
Nous échangerons nos pratiques dans le domaine des contrats de gestion hôtelière et des contrats de crédit en bénéficiant de l’éclairage de praticiens de haut niveau.
