Catherine Cathiard intervient à la conférence « Agir et innover pour le capital des salariés et la responsabilité des entreprises » le 26 novembre à 16H30 au centre de l’OCDE à Paris, sur le thème « Comment construire une gouvernance partenariale post-crise : au CA et en entreprise » (en lieu et place de Valérie Tandeau de Marsac, initialement prévue) – Session B.II.
Les salariés constituent une partie prenante centrale de l’entreprise et ont à ce titre des droits légitimes à la participation à la gouvernance de l’entreprise, à l’information et à la consultation sur sa stratégie et sur toute mesure de restructuration.
Quel agenda européen est-il nécessaire pour rendre les comités d’entreprise plus efficaces pour assurer la participation des salariés à la gouvernance d’entreprise ? Que signifie la gouvernance partenariale au niveau du CA ? Y a t-il un nouveau rôle à envisager pour les administrateurs salariés ? alliant indépendance vis-à-vis de la direction, connaissance intime de l’entreprise et contribution à la diversité du CA?
