Martine Samuelian, Avocat Associé, JeantetAssociés, intervient le 4 octobre 2012 dans le cadre du 5ème Colloque de la Commission des Sanctions de l’AMF, à la Table Ronde N°2 qui se tient de 16H15 à 17H45 et dont le thème porte sur :
« La Commission des Sanctions de l’AMF et la protection des investisseurs »
La Table Ronde N°2 a pour modérateur France Drummond, Professeur à l’Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II et Membre de la Commission des Sanctions de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
Les autres intervenants sont Jean-Pierre Bornet, directeur RCSI du Groupe BPCE ; Marielle Cohen-Branche, médiateur de l’Autorité des marchés financiers et Guillaume Prache, vice-président de la Fédération des associations indépendantes de défense des épargnants pour la retraite (FAIDER)
Le colloque a lieu de 14H00 à 1800 (accueil dès 13H30) au Palais Brongniart, place de la Bourse – 75002 Paris et sera suivi d’un cocktail.
