“La place de la conformité dans les procédures de concurrence”
Les thèmes suivants seront abordés :
· Comment construire un programme de conformité crédible et efficace ?
· Comment l’Autorité de la concurrence prend-elle ces programmes en considération dans le cadre du traitement des ententes et abus de position dominante ?
· Conformité et non-contestation des griefs : quelle réduction de sanction escompter de la mise en oeuvre d’un programme de conformité ?
· Conformité et clémence : vers une transformation des programmes de conformité en simples outils de détection des cartels ?
