Catherine Cathiard intervient au colloque L’Avenir de la SE à Lille
Le 24 février 2012, Catherine Cathiard, Avocat à la Cour, intervient au Colloque de la Faculté Libre de Droit de Lille, sur le thème « L’Avenir de la Société Européenne – Droit et limites aux stratégies internationales de développement des entreprises. »
Le colloque exposera d’abord les premiers résultats empiriques relatifs au fonctionnement de la Société Européenne (SE), créée afin d’appuyer les stratégies internationales de développement des entreprises européennes, et mettra en évidence l’attractivité de cette forme sociale. Puis, une série de rapports par pays abordera le fonctionnement de la SE sous l’angle du droit comparé (France, Allemagne, République Tchèque) – Enfin, la perspective de la compétition entre les systèmes normatifs clôturera le colloque.
Présidé par Alexis Massart, Doyen de la Faculté Libre de Droit de Lille, Vice Président de l’Université Catholique de Lille, la manifestation a lieu à l’Espace Robert Schuman – RS-30 (RDC) – 58 ru du Port – Lille, de 9H00 à 17H30 et sera suivie d’un cocktail –
