Jean-François Adelle, avocat à la cour, associé de JeantetAssociés et Benoît Teston, avocat à la Cour, participent au colloque «La fiducie en action», organisé par le Comité de Droit Financier – Paris EUROPLACE et la Caisse des Dépôts. Il aura lieu le 18 janvier 2012 de 8h30 à 14h dans les locaux de Paris EUROPLACE – 39 rue Cambon – 75001 Paris
La fiducie est un outil innovant au service des juristes de banques, des sociétés d’assurances, des collectivités locales, des gérants d’actifs et des entreprises et de leurs salariés, des professionnels du droit en général mais aussi de l’environnement et du développement durable. A cette occasion, différentes utilisations de la fiducie seront présentées au travers de plusieurs études de cas par les professionnels qui ont été directement impliqués dans la réalisation de ces montages. Ils analyseront les mécanismes juridiques et fiscaux de la fiducie ainsi que ses atouts et bénéfices et en particulier, ceux liés à la sanctuarisation d’actifs.
