Xerfi Canal reçoit Philippe Portier, Associé Gérant, pour parler de l’impact du dispositif “Say on Pay”. Depuis la mi-2013 en France, les actionnaires des entreprises cotées assujetties au code de gouvernance AFEP-MEDEF émettent un avis sur les rémunérations des dirigeants. C’est le principe du Say on Pay. L’objectif théorique est double : limiter l’inflation jugée inacceptable socialement des rémunérations des dirigeants et redonner du pouvoir aux actionnaires.
