Vladimir Comte is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. Prior to joining Jeantet in 2016, Vladimir worked for over 10 years in the Paris and Moscow offices of two international law firms.
Vladimir advises French and European clients on various aspects of their investments and activities in Russia and CIS countries. He specializes in corporate law, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions, real estate and distribution law, and commercial litigation. He also assists Russian companies with their contemplated projects in France (acquisitions, distribution, litigation).
Vladimir speaks French, English and Russian.
