Roch Baeza advises French and foreign companies and their managers on all aspects of tax law: litigation, transactional taxation, real estate taxation, transfer pricing, asset optimisation. He is particularly involved in restructuring operations and regularly provides support to M&A teams.
He also assists his clients on a daily basis in their management and their relations with the tax authorities. He advises companies in the real estate, industry and media sectors.
