Laure Rinchet has extensive experience, particularly in French, Luxembourg and Swiss capital markets law, and has a long-standing cross-border practice in investment funds and banking and financial transactions.
With over 15 years of experience in the international legal area, both in private practice and in-house, her expertise lies in the structuring of cross-border investments projects, with different available financing instruments, and in addressing the regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Jeantet Suisse, Laure worked in the banking and finance teams at leading law firms in Paris (de Pardieu Brocas Maffei) and Luxembourg (Clifford Chance, Wildgen law firm). Within the Louis Dreyfus Company in Geneva, in charge of special operations, Laure managed M&A, co-investment and joint-venture projects in Africa and Australia in the field of commodities sectors.
